This Shipping Policy describes how and when your orders placed on Lacleo Shoes are processed, shipped, and delivered. Please read this carefully before placing an order on our website.

Welcome to Lacleo Shoes. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the shipping terms mentioned in this policy. These terms apply to all orders placed through our official website only.

1. General Shipping Terms

  • Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.
  • All deliveries are handled through trusted third-party courier and logistics partners.
  • Shipping is subject to availability of products and successful payment confirmation (for prepaid orders).
  • By placing an order, you agree to provide complete and accurate shipping information.

2. Shipping Coverage (Serviceable Areas)

  • We currently ship to most pin codes across India through our delivery partners.
  • If your pin code is not serviceable, you may not be able to place an order, or our team may contact you to cancel and refund the order.
  • We do not provide international shipping at the moment. Orders are delivered only within India.

Note: Serviceability of a location is decided by our courier partners and may change from time to time.

3. Order Processing Time

  • Once your order is placed, it typically takes 1–2 business days to process and dispatch.
  • During sales, festive seasons, or special promotions, processing time may be slightly higher.
  • Orders placed after business hours or on holidays will be processed on the next working day.

4. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines (after dispatch) are as follows:

  • Metro & major cities: 3–6 business days*
  • Other locations: 4–9 business days*

*These are only estimated timeframes. Actual delivery time may vary depending on your location, courier partner, weather, strikes, or other unforeseen operational issues.

5. Shipping Charges & Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be clearly mentioned at checkout before you complete the payment.
  • Any free shipping offers or minimum order value conditions will be shown on the website or during checkout.
  • If Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for your pin code, the option will be visible on the checkout page.
  • Certain locations or high-value orders may not be eligible for COD, as per our or our courier partner’s policies.

6. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS/WhatsApp (where applicable) with the tracking details.
  • You can track your shipment using the tracking link or AWB number provided in the message.
  • If the tracking link is not working or not updated for more than 48 hours, you may contact our support team for assistance.

7. Undelivered / Returned Orders

  • An order may be marked as undelivered/returned by the courier due to reasons such as:
    • Incorrect or incomplete address
    • Customer unavailable or not answering calls
    • Refusal to accept the package
    • Inaccessible location or local restrictions
  • If an order is returned to us by the courier, our team will contact you via your registered email/phone.
  • Depending on the situation, we may:
    • Re-ship the order to an updated/confirmed address (additional shipping charges may apply), or
    • Initiate a refund as per our refund/return policy (if applicable).

8. Damaged, Missing or Wrong Products

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • You may be asked to share clear photos/videos of:
    • The product received
    • Outer packaging and shipping label
    • Any visible damage or issue
  • Based on our verification, we may offer:
    • A replacement of the product, or
    • A refund, as per applicable policies.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not covered under this clause.

Kindly do not accept a package that appears to be tampered with or severely damaged from the outside. You may refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
